Can I visit your store in person?

How can I contact you?

Our customer service team can answer any queries via email at info@heritagewatches.co.uk. If you would like to speak with us by phone please fill in the contact form on the 'Contact Us' page with your name, phone number and query and a member of team will be in contact as soon as possible.

 

Authenticity and origin 

Are your watches genuine and do they have all the documentation?

All of our watches are genuine. They are all unworn watches sent complete with the original box and papers. The papers contain the product description, user manual and the guarantee papers including the guarantee card stamped and purchase-dated by the concessionaire.

Are your watches new?

All the watches we sell have never been worn and are in the same condition as when they left the factory in Switzerland. They are sold complete with official documentation and manufacturers international warranty.

Why are the prices substantially lower than the RRP?

We have a close relationship with a large network of authorised dealers and distributors throughout Europe and buy in bulk; this enables us to source a large array of luxury watches and offer them for purchase significantly cheaper than the high-street. 

 

Security 

Are my details safe online?

Heritage Watches holds an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 128 bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure. Our website is also PCI compliant, so you can be assured we are doing our best to protect and secure your details online.

What if I want a watch that's not on your website? 

There may be selected watches that are not featured on our website, in this instance please contact us with your desired watch and we will do our best to find a quote. Be assured, our prices will always beat those offered by the high-street. 

 

Payment

Which payment methods are offered and is it secure?

Payment can be made via paypal and card. Please note, shipping will only proceed once payment has been received.

Delivery

How long will delivery take?

The delivery time of your chosen timepiece can vary depending on it's availability with our suppliers. If it is in stock, delivery is typically between 5-8 working days. If it is not in stock and therefore has to be ordered in from the manufacturer, delivery will typically be between 8-22 working days.   

Where do you deliver and at what cost?

We delivery to anywhere inside the UK free of charge, please contact us prior to purchase if you are from outside the UK and we will provide a quote. 

Is my parcel insured against damage and theft?

All parcels are insured to the full purchase value. If there is a problem with the parcel, please contact us immediately. 

 

Returns

Can I return my order?

As long as the order is in the same condition as when purchased you can return your watch within 14 working days of receiving it. You will then be refunded the full purchase price. Detailed information regarding your right of cancellation can be found here.

How does the return work?

You must inform us you want to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. For all EU countries the return will cost €30.00 which will be deducted from your refund amount. You will be provided a full refund within 14 days of the return by the same means the order was paid.
